Fill it full of helium and footlaunch it. I remember seeing this with the US Army in Popular Mechanics in the 60's.

It's a pity about elastomers in general. Their lack of longevity, that is.
If you could eliminate the propeller that thing would be relatively safe, and great fun.

It's italian scat/jazz singer Lois Prima.
He was the voice of King Louie the orangutang in disney's "the Jungle Book"
All his songs are pretty awesome and his trumpet work is great
