This language is Persian. Dari is a politically made name by Taliban - pashtu ideology to confuse afghan people.
This Persian language is the same language that turkish dynasties patronise over centuries and has been a uniting factor between Turks and Persians.
Thsi song is from Herat province of afghanistan which speaks Persian as well.
