@dwtlax I make it regularly as it works well with left-over beef too. I taste as I go (more heat, sweetness, salt) and then finish by reducing the sauce until desired thickness (I like it on the thicker side).

I as many do not usually have cheese on this wet/ sloppy sandwich however, it certainly sounds good. Will try. KtC
