7 SHOT ON CANAL STREET, NEW ORLEANS 4-10-2010

NEW ORLEANS - A series of gunshots rang out on Canal Street on a busy Saturday night, injuring seven people, according to NOPD Assistant Superintendent Marlon Defillo.

The shooting happened around 9 p.m. near the McDonald's restaurant at the intersection of Canal Street and Royal Street.
