@rickyoswald It's an edit, he obviously spoke to the woman on the right hand side of the split screen but that's been edited out. So he interrupted her to let 'Mr. Rascal' speak again. Doy.

Why does he "interupt here" to talk address someone he is already talking to? It's just semantics, why can't paxman just engage his ideas? He actually makes a fool out of himself (or at least this footage puts it in such context).

It *almost* seems like Pacman hasn't done his research here, he does seem genuinly shocked that there is a positive attitude being posted... I guess considering the number of depressing tossers (british politicians) he talks to on a daily basis, we can't hold it against him... And he lets "dizzy" speak as opposed to some other high-ranking politicians, who he pretty much laughs at...
Our country isn't as dead as we sometimes make it out to be...
