I heard the AK-47's used in this movie were real, bought from an arms dealer. Awesome scene. Great with the Russian actor Yevgeny Lazarev, who I never heard of until this movie.

I dont know if anyone knows thism but when they filmed this movie they had to alert NATO that they were lining tanks up in this manner otherwise they would of thought someone was mobilising for war from the satelite pics.
