The L'Oreal HIP ones are sticky, but not that really thick layered on sticky feeling. They go on pretty thin because they're really pigmented, so I find the stickiness to be bearable. And if you're looking for non-sticky lip gloss, I love the one from the Smashbox Masters Class Vol 4 Collection, which I don't think they sell separately. Check my video review on that kit. And for drugstore stuff, I find Nivea "A Kiss of Shine" lip gloss to be nice and smooth (non-sticky), but very sheer.
