sorry, fuel cells can't produce the horsepower needed for rally or other motorsport, automobile technology gets improved in motorsport. mainly higher end such as F1, GT Series, Le Mans, WRC, Rally etc. if fuel cell can produce the same amount of horsepower to fit into the above racing categories, fuel cell technology is gonna remain stagnant or remain slow in progress

These fuel cells run very economically and all the boats trucks and cars they have been installed on have benefitted from fuel savings and emiossion reduction.
