did what you said, but the "patch" icon that appears after the download is gray and wont allow me to click it. :( my only option is "exit" what happened ??

@Spikestuff95 just download vistaglazz click the first one and click patch files. Then download a theme and use it (I did it and my PC looks like Mac)

It's not recommend you to continue with this.
Please eject your Windows NT CD or move that folder to somewhere else. Press OK to exit UXTheme Multi-Patcher v6.0.
