Dragon Age 2 - The Exiled Prince DLC Playthrough (Part 01) - 'Duty' Companion Quest

The Exiled Prince basically gives you an extra character to choose in your party, Sebastian Vael. He is the only one (so far), that uses the skill Archery. He comes with his own companion missions, listed below:

The Exiled Prince is a downloadable content for Dragon Age II. It is included in the Dragon Age II BioWare Signature Edition. It is also available separately for US$7 or 560 Microsoft Points.

What act did you start this? I'm having a problem reaching the chanters board to actually begin the quest. I Suspect it has something to do with what act you start on
