Maryport - Lakes Alive - Tightrope Walk - 29th.May 2009

This was part of the Lakes Alive events being held at various venues from May to August. There was a few side shows such as the bloke jumping over people and nails. However, the highlight of the evening was a massive tightrope walk. Two people walked across this tightrope which was about 200 yards long and about 100 feet up in the air with no safety night. Then at the end one of them climbed up this pole and was hanging off about 150 feet in the air. The evening was finished off with a magnificent firework display.
