Er-We-Pa Aseptic Packaging Material Production Line

Used Er-We-Pa Extrusion Coater Laminator available from Margot Machinery. This line is designed to produce aseptic board packaging primarily used in liquid food packaging. Video shows this line in production and all of the major components.

Specification: Used ER-WE-PA extrusion coater laminator for producing multilayer aseptic paperboard packaging. Equipped with 1600mm maximum diameter primary turret unwind with flying splice, 800mm maximum diameter secondary turret unwind, roll lift table, edge guide, pull roll station, Aerogen flame treater, first extrusion coating station (one (1) 4.5" extruder, 600 kg/hr LDPE maximum output, automatic die lips, rubber nip roll, reversing path, second extrusion coating station (one (1) 4.5"extruder, 600 kg/hr LDPE maximum output, automatic die lips, rubber nip roll), secondary foil turret unwind with flying splice, third extrusion coating station (co-extrusion die with automatic die lips, one (1) 6" extruder, 800 kg/hr LDPE maximum output and one (1) 4.5" extruder, 600 kg/hr LDPE maximum output), laminator with 900mm diameter chill roll with rubber nip roll, Lippke 3012E infrared inspection system, slitting station with shear knives, 1850mm maximum diameter surface winder, plow knife, automatic splicing, automatic shaft extractor, 3000kg bridge lifting crane, DC drive system, PLC control system. Reconditioned in 2003.
