well yea but an rope will do just the same thing.. u dont need some fancy belt to do this.. instead of breaking free with the trainer pressing a button,, simply let go of the rope?

the important part about the <b>Bullet Belt</b> is that it has an adjustable resistance break-away release. So instead of the trainer just letting go at some point, the athlete needs to exert his own effort to break free. Timing the break-away at a point where you want to train the athlete to make an explosive move is what this is all about. This is why NFL speed trainers are using the Bullet Belt in their drills.
