I usually drink about a third of the broth plain, then i start adding the spicy and hoisin sauces to finish it off... PHO IS DA BOMB!!!

Good commennt = A good true Pho... You should not put too much sauces... They will kill the flavor of the broth.

Long time ago (1954-58) my family owned a Pho at Sai gon after moved from Ha noi.

Most of the mistake of cooking PHO is : too much "Star Anise" or ginger make the broth tastes like Chinese Medicine.

...yes, I do watch the price of sriracha sauce. They are my Asian ketchup...and tell me when you see buy 3 get 1 free. I'll take the first flight to that store, LOL!

@kaox44 uh.. the point of pho, is the broth, that the chef takes pride in creating. The authenticity of broth from restaurant to restaurant, is what sets each bowl of Pho apart. Hours of labor, ruined by cheap ass siracha sauce... Probably want some more msg with that sauce(not against msg, its just that msg makes you believe it taste better then it may really be) Might as well go home and get some dam instant ramen and do that same thing..

@kaox44 your right, i guess you entitle to eating it the way you want. But im not sure if thats even safe. o and im dam poor. 4.50 is pretty dam cheap cause1 will last me 6 months to a year. HAhaha, considering, i dont use it on every dish i eat(AT HOME) But guessing by your video, you must go through it like water. And since you know the price and all, you probably keep a close eye on the market value of siracha sauce. MOM, WE GOTTA GET TO THE STORE, THEY HAVIN A SALE AGAIN. BUY 3 get 1 FREE!
