Horrible decision - if it had been down to me I would have fired Claire for her disgusting attitude to her PM, and Alex wouldn't have even been in the equation because he would have already gone in week 1.

Simon was a hard little worker with a lot of potential and showed fantastic grace after being fired.

I disagree. Simon was a shit PM and he has seriously gone downhill from the previous tasks. Claire has a fuck of a gob but if she was PM they would of won and Helene would of been fired (yay!)
