@thewritingwriterof89 It's called a cover, because she's not copying the original song. When covering a song you're supposed to put your own spin on it to make it your own. I like the fact that it's more fluid and airy. I like this version, obviously not more than the original but just as much. this girl has a serious talent, and she knows how to use it.
And if the singer in this video sees this, you remind me of Jenna Andrews. You should do a cover of Tumblin' Down. Take care.

Not bad. If you are going for a strict imitation, I would lay off the R&B-esque articulations and vibrato. I don't think the song is meant to be sung quite like that, and it seems to be a big cliche now days. Part of the beauty of the song are the powerful, broad tones, which are diminished with the out-of-place "dressings", so to speak. But what do I know, I'm not a vocalist. Don't get me wrong, it was a good job. :)
