very nice, i like how it came out but you are missing secondary motion, like when you walk, not only do your legs move but your shoulders and head bounce in step too (something that really gets me sometimes too!). something that really made it feel stiff was that, like when a bird flies, or anything that flaps for that matter, is that on the upstroke they do go higher but when they flap down they drop a few inches.

To continue what I was saying (utube didn't have any more room) but I know something like that can be annoying but it would make it look so much more realistic, believe me when i say sometimes the little things count more than the big ones! good job! keep it up!
