9-11yes but there's no need to look at anything like "high-energy weapons" it was a type of "top-down" CD demonstrated on a Chinese tower(albiet on a scale 4times as large) on each tower, with a standard CD on B7 (probably supposed to coincide with Nth Tower's collapse)
