I wish schools let us make such things when I was in the system! Anywho... You asked a specific question...

I buy all my LED's from e-bay and more specifically China. Super bright and 15degree lens. you can 30degree but I wouldn't go wider than that.

I think the last lot I had were 50 for around £10.
