Hey Patrick, lemme shoot some constructive criticism at you real quick. First off, I think it would greatly improve your playing if you kept a steady embouchure so that the intonation of each individual pitch didn't vary as much. If you don't bend and waver each note, the playing will be a lot smoother and more enjoyable to hear. Secondly, your tempo is all over the place. Get with a metronome and make it your best friend. Then cheat on it with a tuner. That's all I have for you right now. peace

That one was with the stock Cannonball Mouthpiece. I only use it for concert applications now that I have my JodyJazz i use that for Jazz band. To each his own. In that video, I had just put down the schools' 50 year old Conn Tenor Saxophone which sounded like unadulterated crap because the pads hadn't been changed in 20 years due to budget cuts. Also, the keys had little convex finger rests as opposed to the concave ones on my Tenor saxophone. @emlased to each his own

Hey, Music Enslaved, I just got your comment after my YouTube hiatus and 1. i was nervous because that was my first ever YouTube video, 2. my met ran out of battery before filming and i couldn't find a 9v battery. 3. my sax instructor has backed Aretha Franklin and the Temptations. If you don't believe me, his name is Neill Clegg. He has told me to get a JodyJazz classic mouthpiece, and I noticed an immediate change in my tone quality!!! Thank you for commenting!
