How To Throw Faster: Pitching Mechanics

Most pitchers want to learn how to throw faster before mastering their pitching mechanics. If you focus on your mechanics and allow all of your momentum to go straight toward the plate you will throw the ball faster. You won't waste any movement and you will be able to control each pitch much better.

I'm left handed and don't cross my lead leg with my back leg because if try to pick off a runner it will be a balk. Can I still use your technique with out me changing my motion? Thanks for your help!
