Catalan police investigates bus accident in Sant Pol de Mar and do not discard any hypothesis

Barcelona (ACN).- Mossos dEsquadra, the Catalan police, are investigating why a bus invaded last night the opposite lane in Sant Pol de Mar and crashed. As a result, six tourists dies and 68 more were injured, some of them severely. The accident occurred in the C-32 highway. Vicenç Gasulla, deputy chief of the Transit Division of the Catalan police told ACN that no hypothesis have been discarded, but the speed of the bus at the moment of the accident will be crucial in order to solve the case. However, some factors, such as a technical failure, a distraction of the driver or an object on the pavement, will be investigated. The driver is severely wounded and therefore he has been still unable to recount what happened.
