On April 30th, 2009 following the regular Board of Selectmen meeting at the Preston CT Town Hall, a Town Meeting was held at the Preston Veterans Memorial School to discuss and vote on an ordinance establishing a redevelopment agency, and the approval of ten members for that agency. This clip consists of stills and edited film clips from that meeting, which did approve the ordinance establishing the Agency as well as ratify the nominated members and other administrative detail called for at the meeting.
