hey amigo. thanks for your video and demonstration and everything, but i want to make a quick recommendation: before you make a video for the world to see, consider two things. first, clean your room. if i send this video to the hoarders TV show, youre pretty much guaranteed a spot. i actually just bought this today and assemled it, tried it out and i actually really liked it but if your going to buy the ab rocket because you want to lose your gut then you need to go on a strict diet as well as using the ab rocket. Now in my case i have a little definition of abs and im really cut/lean and all i want to do is just get definition in my abs so this machine is perfect for doing that. but honestly dont waste your money on this because its a quick way to get abs cause its not!
