  • You say this clip is about 100 megs, but how big was the source clip? And is there much loss in quality from the source?

  • source was 145 meg, and there was virtually no loss in quality.

  • How big was this file size after compression/rendering?

  • Pretty big. Just over 100 meg If I remeber correctly.

  • i never seen a youtube video go from 360 to 720 w/ no 480 in the middle

  • wow can u tell me how to get this kinda result with vegas

  • @asgeir961 Okay, then compress the video file to "uncompressed" on Adobe After Effects and download virtualdub. With virtualdub compress the video to H.264.

  • @Javagamer99FI

Yes i have done that but it doesn't seem to work with Adobe After Effects.

  • @asgeir961 Google x264vfw and download it from some site. That's it.

  • @fnub I think i know what happened. Premiere thinks that mpeg is an audio file. perhaps if you name it mp2 or mpg2 it will work. But it could be a computer issue, try using a different program.
