atombat beats astro blaster

A complete play-through of Tomy/Hale's Astro Blaster. This is the first handheld game I was bought when I was little, the handheld version of Scramble. Since then I've learned to beat it's arse on a regular basis, and it's set on proffessional play too.... ooooh...wow.. :rolleyes: Anyway like Steve Martin said, me talking about this game is like Dancing about architecture, and it's really boring when people post videos of retro stuff, show the outside of the game AND NEVER PLAY THE DAMN THING. So I'll shut up and let you enjoy me kicking the shite out of astro blaster.

there used to be a game called melody madness aswell.

dont no if you have heard of it,

around the same years as this.

@garymoore1988 Bubblegum, Nooo..! It was the first handheld game I owned. If your looking for one on ebay, The Grey Alien Attack version seems to be more prevalent, Astro Blaster seems top be a bit rarer, but at the moment prices on ebay can go from okay/reasonable to WTF...? so you may get a bargain. Never heard of Melody Madness, I may've played it at the time though, can't remember.

Apparently it's got the unfortunate name of "Rambler" in Germany, there are probably loads of clones and many versions all around the world. I'm gonna put some more films up of my other games, I'll leave some out as they are more fun to play than watch. Cheers.

Nice collection you've got BTW. So your version rises the total number of known versions to three: "Alien Attack", "Scramble", and "Astro Blaster", of which "Scramble" is the only one named like the arcade it was derived from.
