Street flooding from storm drains - (12/1/2011 - 12:25)

Does not depict running water, just our street and the rising flood waters from the overflown creeks. Water is being let out and is surging out of the storm water drains at the bottom of the street. Is expected to rise further in the next day, much further. Will try to keep this updated.
