The overall network which enables this strategy in the United States military is called the GLOBAL INFORMATION GRiD.

this is such a great video, unfortunately the weapons are so weak and innefficient projectile based devices. subsonic or e/m based radiation would hae been much better. if only the military could get organized enough to conduct war like the borg
