Axel/Roxas: Next Life; EnoughLove BBT [round2]

Have you ever wanted to start over?
Rewind and start from the beginning?
"What if what I want makes you sad...and mean?"

"Let's meet again in the Next Life"
That way we can start over and you won't remember my silly mistakes...

This my entry for EnoughLove's BBT [round2]

I love this video, despite the mistakes in it.
Originally I wanted it to be a plain video and focus on the emotions both displayed on Axel and Roxas.
Roxas in pain of doubt and confusion,
and Axel's heart ache of fighting to keep Roxas close and letting go.
Both of these characters were at theri lowest point and needed each other, I wanted to convey that in the vid but then I just HAD to mask and that got in the way of things.
I think it loss some of the emotions in the vid but still, I'm proud of it.
My moments of cringing at this vid is the scene where Roxas gets up, I HATED masking that....could have been sooo much better!
And the revised scene where Roxas was confronting Axel demanding the truth. I really wanted to do that scene because that was the turning point in their relationship. Roxas couldn't trust Axel anymore and it was at the time where both felt a stab in their heart (if they had one that is)

The story is basically the same as 358/2 days though I changed the ending. Instead, Axel tells Roxas that he'll miss him and Roxas looks at him, shocked. Axel places his hand where his heart should be wondering what was this weird sensation he was feeling. Roxas walks closer to him wondering the same thing. Just as Axel turns to leave Roxas reaches out for his hand and Axel knows no matter what either one says, they can't go back to way things were before. He tells Roxas that they'll meet again in the Next Life. And Roxas smiles in relief promising he'll be waiting, though not really sure what Axel meant. Maybe it was one of Axel's riddles...
Afterwards he lets go and a chain of events happen leading up to Roxas meeting Sora. Axel, sensing Roxas was no more, goes to the mansion to release him. He promised to meet him in the Next Life, he had to release Sora's heart once again, Roxas had to be born again.
Roxas later wakes up on the floor, dazed and confused, looks up at a red haired man in a haze. The man extends a hand to help him up and introduces himself, "The name's Axel, Got it memorized?"

Can I just say how much I love this video? Every time I watch it I get all fangirl at the part where Roxas hears Axel say that'd he's miss him. Then with everything after that, I'm all "SQUEEEEEEE! AKUROKU IS SUPER CUTEEE! <3"
