Meiko was actually, the FIRST Vocaloid ever made. she didnt get very far, so they made Kaito. then, Miku came along. vocaloid went BOOOOM. it became verryyy popular, becuase somehow (no logic in this but) a teal-haired sixteen year old did better than Meiko. so then steadily more characters were created, until we've got present day, where Yamaha and Crypton have over 100 characters!

@WeegeeSama No. Leon and Lola were the first vocaloids. Meiko was the first Japanese female vocaloid. Kaito came after her. Miku is the first Japanese female but second made in the Vocaloid2 series. (Sweet Ann came before Miku.) Crypton has 6 released characters and they're planning on releasing a 7th. AH-Software, Internet Co. (And Avex Co.), Sony, and many other growing companies have Vocaloids too, but they're not Crypton. Get yo facts straight, bro.

Can we please stop complaining about meiko's popularity? obviously this vid (and lots of others by her) has plenty of views and likes to prove she has fans, and a lot of them ^^ can you stop comparing her and just listen to the coolness of this song? :D
