Me like this.. Candada news ain't bullshit-cover-up like america. I dont know what to believe about this HAARP thing though, ive looked at several videos about HAARP on youtube. It is obvious that USA is atleast up to something fishy regarding some kind of frequency weapon, but the thing is USA is ALWAYS up to something fishy...

He is happy they found those files, he lies to have them think they're onto something. When the real reason is, why were these files left out and made public? The real truth would be inside, obviously and well hidden because of it's true intent.
