詳細：【2030年までに人口３億人とＧＤＰ世界一の実現】
一家庭で平均約3人の子供を持てるよう下支えして２億人まで増やし、残り１億人は海外からの移民を受け入れます。少子化問題を解決することで、年金問題や財政赤字はほぼ確­実に克服できます。

《移民受け入れについて》
■夜間や土日に公立の小中高校で日本語教室を開き、在住外国人が日本語を習得する機会を増やします。
■人口100万人以上の大都市は、外国人が住みやすい街づくりを行い、英語が準公用語として使えるよう努めます。
■外国人の帰化を積極的に進めます。日本で約5年働き、犯罪を犯さず、一定の日本語能力のある外国人で、「有事には日本の防衛のために戦う」と宣誓・著名する人には原則、­国籍を付与することとします（ケースによっては１年間の自衛隊入隊を追加条件とします。併せてスパイ防止の法制度を整備します）。
■相続税の廃止によって、海外の富裕層が日本に移り住み、永住するように促します。

Details: The aim is to increase Japan's population to 300 million, of which 1/3 will be foreign immigrants.
How:
- By instituting Japanese language lessons at nights and on weekends at public elementary, middle and high schools, thereby increasing opportunities for foreigners in Japan to learn Japanese.
- By creating communities amenable to residency for foreigners, and making English a semi-official language in large cities with populations of one million or more.
- By promoting the naturalization of foreigners. In principle, citizenship will be confered upon all foreigners who work in Japan for approximately five years, commit no crimes while they are here, attain a certain level of proficiency in the Japanese language, and sign a pledge to fight for the defense of Japan in times of need. (In certain cases, the condition of one year of service in the Self-Defense Forces may be added. The legal system to prevent spying will also be strengthened.)
- By abolishing the inheritance tax, which will attract the wealthy strata of people to move to Japan and promote their taking up permanent residence here.
