this video is three years old... l98 blew up on the dyno... i didnt understand why my numbers were so low.. come to find out the block was simply worn out...back then i had a 150,000 l98 block with the following mods..

  • Sorry about this even though it happened 3+ years ago. I'd feel really crappy and pissed off it happened to me. Before this happened, did you ever check the compression on the cylinders or do any kind of engine testing to see what shape it was in? Did you race it and drive it normal or just always drive it normal? I saw the mods list and your power was really low. It should've been alot higher on both the HP and torque side.

  • what was he approximate hp at the crank? I'm looking to go with almost the same setup you had and hoping to get over 300 crank hp. my motors new so I shouldn't have to worry about blowing up :p
