This is an example of a lyrically translated song ( in rhythm and rhyme), part of a full translation of the musical meant to allow those with little or no German to enjoy Wildhorn's latest masterpiece. Subtitle files (to be used with your DVD, or read in translation... what, you haven't gotten it yet? Go buy it! It's awesome!) are available for anyone who wants them.

Note: this is a personal translation, *not* an official script. Though I am a student of German I am not a native speaker. Minor errors are likely. (Also, I confess to torturing the songs in places in order to achieve lyric translations, preserving the rhythm & rhyme of the originals.)

Was er durchmacht, alles was er sagt wirkte auf mich so real... Ich habe nachdem Musical sogar Rudolfs Biographie gelesen...

@ Seelenkristall lol es gab mal eine Folge in Friends, wo Gary Oldman (Hp 3, The dark knight) Joey erklärt, wieso Schauspieler spucken^^ ich glaub es war die Folge, wo Chandler und Monica heiraten^^

@musicnaddie Für mich sieht das ehr aus, als ob Drew Sarich beim singen aus versehen etwas spuckt, weil es so spritzt. Rollt eine Träne über die Wange spritzt es nicht so.
