@thesubwaynut I hate the way the were maintained but I still love them, I grew up riding the J/M/Z and L lines, lived right near the Chauncey street station for 8 years until I moved out to Far Rock, I was glad when they had a short time on the A, C, and E lines.
-
@thesubwaynut i wish they would mix the A line around a little bit. they should a few R32s on that line.
-
@noreaga12326 all R44s will be gone by next month. the R46s will run on the A and R32s will stay on the C.
-
@thesubwaynut if the R44s retire this year, that means the R46 will go on the A line til 2013 or 2014 right??? well thats great news for me to read. 4 more years the R32s and R42s (ESPECIALLY THE R32S) to be in service.
-
@noreaga12326 good thing they are only on the J/Z. the R42s and R32s will not retire until at least 2014 because NYCT has decided to retire the R44s this year due to structural problems. you already know why i hate the R42s.
-
@thesubwaynut whats wrong with the R42s?? i think they're cool trains. anyway, i thought they were gona retire soon but i have a feeling that because of the economy, it will stay a little longer. u dont see R42s much anymore. Only on the J and Z lines.
-
@noreaga12326 i hate them. i wish they were gone
