I can't help but laugh, because this movie was so damn heartbreaking. xD

And this trailer... Oh my god, this trailer. I feel so bad for all the people who thought they were going to watch a happy film about dogs.

Whomever was responsible for the trailer did not want the film to sell.

I love the film. I've loved it since I was 10-ish and first saw it (cried like a baby too). However, I would never ever watch it based on this trailer. It's like they thought "lets try to pile up whatever Disney-like moments we can find in the flick and present it like it really is some Disney-made diabetes trap"

This is a film containing DEATH, CHILD ABUSE and a protagonist who initially EXPLOITS a little orphan girl.

@slashermaster28 I know, right? If Bluth's production company had made a better trailer then I think it would have done better in theaters, especially considering the competition it had from Disney (The Little Mermaid, which was released on the same day.)

The thing is that All Dogs Go to Heaven has a GREAT plot, but this trailer messes it up. It's NOT about "magic, mischief, and music." It's about love, friendship, and having a change of heart.

I like this movie, just not the trailer. ;p
