There are some cool differences to look at in this comparison, like:

1:57 In the english version Yoona's hair is curled at the end when in the korean version it's straight.

2:43 They use two different shots of Jessica in different clothing.

3:13 in the korean version, Tayeon has two feather pieces in her hair where in the english version she only has one on the left side.

~where the whole group are shown together so it would make it difficult for you to see what they're lip-syncing- whether it's Korean or English. This is just what I infer- I could be wrong, haha.

They only had to re-record a few scenes and then edit them to fit in with the original MV, that's why the two videos look almost the same.

I think they re-recorded some scenes of the original version for the English version for the lip-syncing- because Korean lip-syncing wouldn't've matched up to the English words- obvs. xD

Some of the scenes which were the same were the scenes that had the same lyrics- for example, the chorus (it would've been stupid to re-record scenes which were going to turn out the same anyway).

this goes to show that they did this MV differently. I mean, if they didt, it would be unfair to one language. because it would be like they didnt gave that much importance because they didnt made the MV for that language. #justsaying
