There are so many reasons to admire Syleena Johnson, from her amazing family background (dad Syl Johnson scored hits in the '60s, mom Brenda Thompson was America's first black female police commissioner) to the fact that the refrain she sings on Kanye's "All Falls Down" is arguably the best part of the song. I hope this does well. Radio needs to support artists l like Syleena with great tone and songs with meaning. I have diverse tastes in music but I'm tired of most of the "half singing" in mainstream music today.
