  • I bought my headphones from Amazon for 200 € did you think they're real I have not bought from a particular dealer but the price makes me a little bit suspicious

    thx for answer

  • @1810Leonard All i can tell you is that on the official Beats By Dre website it lists Amazon as an official distributor of the head phones. So i would trust that they are real, but if you really want to be sure, test the noise cancelling abilities when you get them. Go by a dryer or something emitting a low frequency hum and turn on the noise cancellation. It wont take out all the noise but the low frequency should disappear. With the fakes it will only emit a static noise. Hope this helps.

  • so if i buy at best buy it wont be fake? im planning on buying one

  • @IIIRobbieIII41 Yes since best buy is an authorized seller of dre headphones i would guarantee that they would be real. The other authorized dealers are Apple and Amazon and as always you can buy directly from the beats website.

  • Thanks a lot bro! This helped a ton. Many people who have reals say they are a lot better, but people with both say they sound practically the same. Lots of good usable info. But if I did order fakes, should I return them or keep them?

  • @DesertEagle62 Again depends on your needs. For overall sound and bass then i would say the fakes are good enough as long as your saving money. If noise cancellation is a must then you need to get the real ones cause there is a huge difference there. As for overall durability they seemed to be the same. They both bleed sound terribly and seem to reach the same max level if you want it really loud. So no difference there and the looks are 99% the same. Hope this helps.
