Friday Night Lights star Adrianne Palicki lands one of the most-wanted jobs in Hollywood. All the Wonder Woman details coming up right now!

Hey hey Wonder Woman fans -- today is your lucky day. I'm Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV and we're getting confirmation that Friday Night Lights alum Adrianne Palicki will play the iconic super hero role in NBC's series reboot.

Adrienne, who recently died her normally blonde hair a darker brunette color is the perfect person for the job for a number of reasons. First off, she definitely has the perfect look -- she's beautiful and at 5 feet 11 inches tall, she'll totally be able to rock the signature Wonder Woman suit. Also based on her girl-power character from Friday Night Lights, she has the strong female personality to get the job done. Even Lynda Carter -- the OG Wonder Woman - tweeted out her approval saying "Congratulations Adrianne!"
