@enzo2enzo2enzo Do you suppose it helped David Gilmour that he had a model, such as Hank Marvin? I don't mean to denigrate David Gilmour at all. He's absolutely one of my favorites. But it's a lot easier to follow someone else's example, even if you're "perfecting" a particular sound.

Don't you just love Hank Marvin. He plays Great, sounds Great, Sings Great...never heard him make a mistake? And the Shadows are on tour in 2009! Hank, don't stop, 1000's of people love your work. Bruce Welch is Great also!
