Rue's Lullaby

This is the song that Katniss sings to her only friend in the arena in the book the Hunger Games by Susanne Collins. I did this as a monologue for my speech class at school, and I figured out how this lullaby would sound if Katniss were to really sing it.

There is an inbetween for everything- it just seems that this song needs a lot of emotion, as Katniss sang it as Rue died. It's should be somewhat sad. Also, you asked for feedback, so there was no need to be mean about it.

Sounds more like a kind of country song. It reminds of things people sometimes sing for American Idol.

So:

Voice- great

Rhythm- terrible for a lullaby (it was still good, just not for this)
