    couldn't we petition at least once a month that everyone turns off every light for a measly hour? I know I would like more but just to get that experience wouldn't it be worth reconnecting and reflecting and putting our shitty problems into perspective?

    Thank you so much. That was so beautiful. I have seen the night sky in Yosemite long ago. We should have lights turned off by 12am every night on the streets, but not the highways. We would conserve energy also.
