is it dangerous to put eyeliner on your waterline? i know a lot of the make up gurus recommend it, but it seems unsafe..?

Um I would not recommend putting liquid liner on your waterline but then again some people like doing that but I have been applying pencil liner on my waterline for years and its okay for me. Some say to put the liner below the waterline but its up to you.
