a) excercises wont burn certain fat at all b) while u might burn some fat/calories during excercises that r about building strenth and muscles, this is not their mayjor focus. Muscles however will burn calories, if they get bigger they will burn more, even when not active.
i did that for 3 minuites and i still cant bend my knees without it huring lol i gotta a question why cant you slide down the wall you didn't really tell why...
