@rareitywhore You have to find what works for you.Everyone is different.I never cut but my husband used to.He's been cut free for 4 years now.Maybe if you do what he did it might help? Make a promise to someone who loves you.A promise that you wont s.i anymore.And take it to heart.Make it as though their life depends on you not hurting yourself anymore.And if you can't think of anyone,remember that someone out there honest to goodness loves you even if you're not aware of their feelings for you.
