Blackberry Storm 9530 Overheating!!!

This is my Second Blackberry Storm that has overheating issues. I have been through 2 Phones, 3 Batteries and 2 Chargers. Verizon Refuses to give me a different phone. they keep offering me another storm. IF i want a new phone i will have to pay full retail price Just to show you how much verizon cares about there customers Safety

Come on now people it's a manufacture warranty not any Verizon phone warranty. But yea I had a Storm2…CRAP! hated it gave it to my 2 yr. old. iPhone not one prob.

marketing defect don't use phone the screen could crack by touching it when it overheats, this happened to me . These phones are dangerous and None of the companies are covering it what a joke, I have been through 2 blackberry storm's. BLACKBERRY STORMS ARE DANGEROUS USELESS WASTES OF MONEY.

@mrvondudenstein Yeah no phone is perfect, so the best you can do is to avoid the WORSE ones. Blackberry phones not only lag in reliability, they also lag in UI and usability as well.

@ai4281 yeah but that doesnt mean that no droid or Iphone has ever had a problem, I can tell you that I had a problem with my 3gs, my point is that no phone is perfect.

get a new battery that happend to me it costs abut 32 dollars but its going to help
