hi mate, thx for the vid! question; i sungaze since a week and already about 20 minutes, i could even do longer but am little afraid since i read so much about we should increase the time- anyhow, i have haedaches since years due a accident and my headache is after each gazing totally gone! i hope i can just do what i feel without damaging anything:-) thanks to the sun!!!

i love don tolmans videos, i have seen them all. I would like to get his book someday. it's a little pricey. so i'm saving up :)

@wakeuptotruthnow thanks for your imput!! that is awesome about your headaches going away. I don't sungaze by anyones proceedure. I go out there and do it for as long as i like :)

I wanna sungaze but I'm afraid it'll hurt my eyes. But deep down I can't help but feeling like it'll help my eyesight.

@healthfreak18 It won't hurt your eyes if you do it within the last hour of sunset or first hour of sunrise.. You can even look and see that during that time the UV index is at zero...
