David is a quadriplegic resulting from a dive into shallow water off the back of his boat on May 27, 2002. Dave is a very determined, disciplined, and dedicated individual who works every day to better himself and improve his quality of life. He has a very special family of caregivers and his sheltie - Skipper to assist him in a myriad of ways. Dave & I have been friends since high school. We talk and email each other frequently. Over the past 2 years, Dave has sent me video updates on his progress. I selected some clips and helped him to make the movie he couldn't make himself. I created this movie with Dave's personality and intent in mind ... He is an inspiration, he's my dear friend and we will be creating and posting more movie updates regularly.

  • MizFalon - Dave wrote you back directly but the message kept bouncing back so he's asked me to post this to you from him. ""@MizFalon Thanks for the kind remarks. You are very fortunate to have a low injury level as mine is C3, C4 I know it doesn't feel like that but I would give the world to have my vision back 100%. Where do you live? With everything going with Stem Cells your chances of recovery are greater than you realize. Write back sometime at daldrice57@aol.com."

  • RebelRay - yes. For details - best to go to Dave directly. His vision was impaired by his near drowning - after he encountered his spinal cord injury.

  • This is more than amazing at a therapuetic stand point. The type of injury you had you would have never been able to do any of this without stem cell treatments in China. Americans need to take their minds out of their pockets and into their hearts. Amazing David keep it up...

  • At a therapuetic standpoint this is more than amazing. Good job David, keep it up and it would be amazing to meet you someday. You are inspiration

  • awww god bless you , BTW im Chris Mason's granddaughter , she just showed me your video , im 10 and i am really impressed ! : D

  • my hats off to you and your family :)

  • Awesome--keep it going, brother! The benefits of intense physical therapy, a supportive family, and a service dog are immense to recovery of nerve function. Wondering what your nutritional component is--I have found that quality protein (varied sources, with very limited meat) and as much raw, organic fruits and vegetables as possible, and whole grains have really helped me. Also, regular hydration--mainly water, very limited (or no!) caffeine and no sweeteners (especially artificial).

  • GOD BLESS THIS MAN WITH ALL MY HEART
