Sorry you're feeling really bad. Your looking really well though. I had problems with noise ended up having to move because of it. I got in contact with the council though with the environmental health department I think it was. Just incase it gets as bad as what I had.

Try going swimming and do some handstands - that's what helped me turn my baby from transverse to head down! Strange but true :)

Dear, you're only 30 weeks so I don't think you need to worry just yet if he isn't head down yet. He'll get there. He isn't ready to come out yet:) Take care!
